Fettle is a UK digital health provider serving NHS-aligned clinics. The brief: get high-quality structured history into the EHR before the patient walks in, in a way every patient — including those with low literacy or limited English — can complete on their phone.
We built a guided intake flow with an LLM assist for free-text answers, structured against SNOMED CT codes, with translation handled in-language rather than via post-hoc machine translation. The platform is hosted in UK regions, audited against NHS DSPT, and deployed via Cloudflare Workers behind clinic SSO.
