Where action is unambiguous — re-issue a label, trigger a partial refund, escalate to a customs broker — the agent drafts and an operator one-clicks. Where it isn’t, the human reads a summary instead of a thread.
Everything runs on the client’s stack — Postgres, Temporal, and Anthropic Claude — with full audit trails and operator override on every action.
